Little Flamingo
This lovely photo of Alexander Calder's sculpture Flamingo was taken from the top of the Sears Tower by Katie Scully. The perfect straightness of the buildings give it a cool designed edge, but the warm colors add a friendliness and playfulness to the photo. Basically, it rocks.
'Flamingo' is one of my favorite sculptures, but, I gotta say, the name is awful, sorry Alex.Labels: chicago, photography, summer yeah
