Mr.Sadowski, Take note that your last Mystery Item was number seventeen. That makes this one number eighteen. And I observe that number eighteen is a magnified view of a cutical cleaner.?

OK, dan was correct. Mystery Item Eighteen is a star-nosed mole breathing underwater.
