Super-groovy, souped up sea anenome is my guess, as well.
It's a newly hatched spiral-antenna cryptid.

OK.Mystery Item Number X is....A Christmas Tree Worm.There's a video HERE but... it's a little freaky!
It's not an anemonone -- but it does live in the ocean! It's a type of featherduster, or marine worm. :)
it looks like a type of sea slug or aqautic worm
