The Professor and the Grinch


ungeni.us has posted another funny tale of customer service gone wrong.

     I had to explain how batteries work,
     and how batteries must be recharged.
     This concept was, somehow, completely foreign to her.

     "Wha.. you mean I have to plug this in occasionally?
     That totally defeats the purpose of getting a laptop!"
